Social Events

The club has a full social calendar, including events in the clubhouse, in the Marlborough Sounds and other venues.

We encourage you to join in on the numerous social events throughout the year. Check the event calendar on the Home page to for the dates of upcoming events.

Our flagship events are:
  • Bath Tub Race
  • Fishing Competion usually held in March each year
  • Mothers Day brunch
  • Mid Winter Christmas Party
  • Fathers Day brunch
  • Blue September Fund raiser
  • Club AGM - 1st Sunday of October
  • Club Opening Day - The Saturday follwing the AGM
  • Oktoberfest
  • Melbourne Cup race
  • Bird Man
  • Chidren and adults Christmas functions
Other events are held such as picnics, organised theme nights, champagne breakfasts and prize giving, guest speaker events and dinner and dance social gatherings.
